Frankly, given all that we've seen and experienced in recent years, Russia simply has more credibility in such a matter than Britain. Far more.
It was Russia, after all, that a few years ago, when Obama threatened to bomb over another phony "red line" event, that saw to the organized and internationally-overseen destruction of Syria's chemical stocks.
And it was, after all, Hillary Clinton that Sy Hersh - the world's greatest investigative reporter - told us supervised a plan to remove some of the dead Qaddafi's chemical stocks for shipment to the mercenary thugs wrecking Syria.
Her intention was to provide Obama with an incident so that he could then openly bomb.
The intention has always been to bomb with attempt after attempt made to create an excuse.
Nothing has changed. They are still trying.
Quite unimaginative of the security services, actually.
And the danger is to the whole of humanity who have a mighty good excuse for being angry with America and Britain.
My own view of the Skripal Affair - which I also very much regard as phony because there's not a scrap of real proof - was that it was intended as part of a "one-two" punch against Russia in the planned effort to bomb Syria.
All gross and unethical beyond words.
