The Russians are absolutely correct on this issue.
The U.S. has not only lied consistently - talking about
imagined Iranian threats - but its entire effort here is in the nature of
aggression.
It is the kind of aggression psychologists call "passive-aggression,"
a condition in which a certain personality plays the role of weak or passive
person while actually carefully manipulating every opportunity to attack
another.
It is America which for a decade has espoused the terrible
concept of pre-emptive strikes against those believed to offer a future threat,
so Russia merely is mimicking the concept.
The American missiles clearly are intended as a threat
against Russia's ICBM force.
