Simply the statement of an idiot.
We have no basis for believing that, and this silly man has
no basis for saying it, other than hoping to please his audience and keep his
job.
Indeed, North Korea has a solid basis for feeling it might
be the target of an American strike, a first strike.
The US, many will not realize, in the past made detailed
plans for a massive first strike on the USSR in Kennedy's day. The Pentagon had
it planned to the last detail.
It also made such plans for Mao's China.
