“Psychiatry professors
say 'dangerous' US President must be removed from post for public safety’
No responsible doctor, let alone psychiatrist, ever would presume
to diagnose a patient he has not even seen.
And, even if a doctor did see Trump, the presumption of
talking about removing him from his elected post is beyond all ethics and all
norms for the profession.
These "professors" actually condemn themselves out
of their own mouths as ignoring professional ethics and as exceeding a doctor's
prerogatives.
I think that should be obvious to all, but in the case of
Trump there appears to be almost no limit of the number and low quality of
attacks permitted and publicized.
This is a direct assault on democratic government and rule
of law.
I do hope readers appreciate what articles like this say
about The Independent, something quite unpleasant.
And this is not the first time the paper has used this
psychiatric theme right out of the old USSR where dissidents were often put
into mental hospitals.
These doctors are cut from the same cloth. After all,
America managed to find doctors for horrors like Guantanamo or psychiatrists to
assist in developing torture techniques, didn’t it? Every society contains such
people.

Good point.
Remember the other candidate, indeed. A murderous, corrupt
horror, but one always smilingly supported by the corporate press.
Because the corporate press always supports the corporate
state with its vast security and military establishment to keep the American
empire going.
