JOHN CHUCKMAN COMMENT: BRITISH LOBBY GROUP ASKS PRINCE NOT TO MAKE A STATE VISIT TO IRAN BECAUSE "IT IS ANTI-SEMITIC"

COMMENT POSTED TO AN ARTICLE IN RINF

This is so sadly ridiculous.

A major country - about 70 million people, larger than either Britain or France - can be characterized by name-calling, and the perpetrators are not the least ashamed of doing so.

Imagine approaching the Prince, or any other high official, for the purpose of name-calling 70 million people?

Israel’s supporters offer here a very regrettable spectacle of just a slightly different form of racism, although no official will dare say so.
