Here's a woman, an American Power Insider, par excellence, someone who played a role in the mass killing and destruction of Libya and Syria and Yemen.
And she's giving Canada advice about China, a country at war with no one and a country which has created the greatest single international project for good - The Belt and Road Initiative, aka, The New Silk Road - in all of modern history.
The establishment Ms. Rice represents is destructive and corrupt in the extreme.
She is not worth listening to on this matter, representing as she does, a country which has declared economic war on China.
Scores of places using Huawei find it not only excellent but find no security problems. Can you even imagine the canny Putin's Russia all-out embracing a product with security flaws?
Other countries embracing this top-of-the-line technology include South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Finland. There are about fifty international contracts.
Absurd.
