ON CLINTON'S BEING "FORCED" INTO MOTHER ROLE IN HER CAMPAIGN

POSTED RESPONSE TO A COLUMN BY HADLEY FREEMAN IN THE GUARDIAN

Hadley Freeman has completely misread Hillary Clinton and the political situation.

Hillary has been "forced" into nothing.

If you don't know what a stubborn and hard person she is in private, you know little about her.

This mother slop of hers is the same game she has played for years.

Way back in her White House years, she would typically rebound from criticism over some activity of hers by putting on an apron and baking some cookies and often changing her hair-do. Ugh!

Hillary is also using her daughter to deflect criticism of her dreadful husband. No one on the right or the left wants to see that sleazy man back in the White House or even in the headlines.

He is a grotesque burden Hillary cannot overcome. She tried using him at first to out-charisma Obama's devoted Oprah, but he failed miserably with blunder after blunder.

Good God, she's lived with this sleazy guy for decades. Doesn't she even understand his character?

Does she even care? No, if he had been successful on the campaign trail, she would have him at her every appearance.

She's a cynical, burnt-out person, and she'll do almost anything for a vote including her recent stuff about being like the cartoon character, Rocky.

Pathetic stuff, but she is attempting to reach the same "family values" crowd in rustbucket Pennsylvania as she is with her daughter and her rubbish about killing NAFTA.

The one thing we have learned from this campaign is that Hillary is not suited for the role of first woman president.

Now, if we want a worthy woman to run for president, we've got to find someone the likes of the former governor of Texas, Ann Richards. There was a smart, capable woman.
