I'm not inclined to believe this claim.
First, it comes rather late.
Second, all such communications, as from al Qaeda, are
highly questionable as to authenticity.
For example, we know to a certainty that some of the
communications supposedly from Osama bin Laden, after America's bombing the
hell out of Afghanistan, were phony, likely engineered by CIA to keep the old
hot breath of a war on terror going.
Third, why is France a target, and time after time?
In fact, Hollande has been nowhere in the genuine fight
against ISIS in Syria and Iraq. Just a lot of hot air.
