The Red Cross has long had this reputation.
I remember as a very young man hearing people talk about
soldiers overseas who did not receive what was sent to them.
And I think with good reason.
The Red Cross is an American intelligence front
organization.
It does just enough real charity to keep a semblance of
charity.
Undoubtedly, it serves a number of intelligence purposes,
such as infiltrating undercover spies to key places at key times.
It is also quite possible, many of the donated funds go into
the off-the-books finance of CIA, just like drug money from Vietnam and later
Afghanistan.
