Trump promised to put
American workers first. He lied
I don't think he lied.
He just promised what every American politician promises,
something he absolutely cannot deliver.
No different than Obama's "Yes, we can!"
Yes, we can what? Nothing ever happened, except wars.
No one has done anything for American workers in decades.
The New Deal ethic of the Democratic Party long ago died and
went to heaven with the Democrats becoming the War Party.
Obama was faithful to that new tradition.
Trump's only "effort" at getting work for American
workers seems to be through trade wars and attacking free trade deals.
That ain't going to work and could prove disastrous to a
feeble world economy, as in helping precipitate a great depression.
