It's just a silly, childish question.
There might be - and even this is doubtful - a best light
comic, a best tragic, a best romantic, etc., but there cannot be a best.
The Oscars have never been about art or high quality,
anyway. Many of the winners have been mediocre. Many great efforts have gone
unrecognized.
And, of course, there's the silly token business of Best
Foreign Film. One film from the rest of the planet with the US getting all the
other awards while representing about 5% of the world's people?
