Overpopulation
I'm sorry, but I think it inevitable that government
authorities will deal with population growth, and they will do so in a rather
authoritarian way.
Eventually, you will require a license to have a child.
In non-advanced countries - the ones with the serious
population growth rates - such a regime will be required of governments who
expect to continue receiving assistance.
Licensing parenthood will help a whole range of problem -
overpopulation, pollution, poverty, overcrowded schools, poor parenting,
reducing crime, and it will serve the interests of the national security state
which has descended on places like America.
