I regard that as a solid truth.
It’s part of why the entire "War on Terror," as it was termed some years ago, was a bad joke.
Apart, that is, from the fact that you cannot conduct war against a method or belief.
And that the difference between many "everyday human atrocities" and “terror” is as indistinguishable and meaningless as the distinction between "murder" and"hate-crime murder."
