Can you imagine a highly-paid and prestigious outfit like the American State Department with nothing better to do than track and check up on how an oil tanker is being treated by the world?
There really is a genuinely absurd side to America's current hyper-aggression.
But look at that cast of lead characters - Bolton, Pompeo, Trump. Derangement is etched into the expressions on every one of those faces.

We can put nothing past the United States anymore.
Things really have come to that.
Remember, they thought nothing of turning off all the fridges and life-saving machines in Venezuela several times.
