Entirely in character for her.
It was reported that she was largely responsible for pushing the hyper-aggressive tactics of the FBI at Waco to get the siege out of the news, tactics which ended by incinerating about eighty people, including children.
There is, of course, her ghastly record in Libya, which included according to Seymour Hersh, sending small amounts of chemical weapons from the murdered Gaddafi's stockpiles in Libya to hired thugs in Syria to provide Obama with his "red line" for bombing the crap out of that country.
Of course, she was responsible for the Benghazi Affair, involving the death of an ambassador and others, a matter that has never been really explained to the public, although it certainly involved a covert operation for shipping recruited thugs and large amounts of weapons from the war-torn Libya to terrorize Syria.
She laughed and joked about Gaddafi's gruesome murder, and she asked, concerning Julian Assange, "Can't we just drone him or something?"
And there was the time that she hysterically suddenly started screaming about how she would "obliterate" Iran's more than eighty million people.
A truly brutal woman, a fact I believe which still is not widely enough appreciated, despite jokes in limited circles about her lists of victims.
