“Could a new centrist
party plug the gap in British politics?
“Don’t assume it’s
impossible. The forces that worked against new parties in the past could be
overcome”
The "gap" is an invention of the crowd who have
shouted themselves hoarse about non-existent anti-Semitism for the last year or
so.
The crowd which styles its tactics after the infamous
American Senator, Joseph McCarthy.
The crowd who has done everything it can to ruin the
leadership of a twice democratically-elected Jeremy Corbyn?
And, of course, their inspired, preferred leader, the old
killer and incessant liar himself, Tony Blair.
I actually rather wonder if the folks thinking up this
scheme to deprive Corbyn of office have secretly asked Blair to lead the new
party?
Or at least to lend it his glorious name, say Blair's Wet
Dreams Party?
With a slogan of, "Remember Iraq and what we achieved
there for democracy and humanity!"
