Yes, and Russia, just the other day made a point of flying one of their fighters, clearly loaded with a KH-35 anti-ship missile, over their base at Tartus, Syria.
It was photographed.
It was a word to the wise.
That missile can sink any of these American ships. And Russia's Chief of Staff has stated that an American missile attack on Russian areas of Syria will be answered with a return attack against the points of launch.
